Caught in the clean waters of Southwest Alaska, these fish are relative newcomers to the culinary landscape. Ours are hand harvested and immediately processed, ensuring freshness and quality. Keta are a pale color, with a firm texture and mild flavor, and have a low oil content. We like to use them in fishermen pies or potpies. Also, dredge them in a bit of flour and then sauté with capers and white wine vinegar. You can never go wrong pairing these with a creamy chardonnay.

Use & Care

Frozen products can be stored in the freezer for up to six months. To thaw, simply remove from the freezer in the morning, and place in a bowl in the refrigerator. Your fresh seafood will be chilled and ready to go by evening.
