Smoked Alaskan Sockeye Salmon
Wild sockeye salmon is a wonder to behold. These come from coasts of Alaska and Washington and are hand harvested and processed. Their flesh is bright red and they have the most robust flavor of all the salmon species. This delicious fish is brined in honey and salt, and then lightly hot smoked with an alder wood blend. Use this in a sandwich with goat cheese and wild mushrooms or add to a mixed green salad.

Loki Fish Company is a family owned and operated business founded in 1979 by Pete Knutson and Hing Lau Ng. Their sustainably harvested salmon products are gillnet caught in the waters off Ketchikan, Alaska and Seattle, Washington using their family boats, the F/V Loki and F/V Njord. Every fish is handled with care, producing premium quality fillets that respectfully pay tribute to the pristine environment from which they were harvested.

Flash frozen immediately after harvest. This process locks in freshness and yields consistently beautiful cuts of fish that are perfect for stocking your freezer.
Use & Care
Frozen products can be stored in the freezer for up to six months. To thaw, simply remove from the freezer in the morning, and place in a bowl in the refrigerator. Your fresh seafood will be chilled and ready to go by evening.
