One of the larger fish in the cod family, ling cod is arguably the mildest in flavor. Though they have a delicate texture, their fillets are thick and hold their own in a variety of cooking preparations.

Due to the amazing freshness, it is ok to store lingcod in the fridge for up to five days, although we recommend eating it as soon as possible to fully enjoy the direct seafood experience.
