Luxurious eating is easy to prepare. Place your live lobster in a boiling pot of salted water for 10 to 15 minutes until the shell turns bright red. We prefer ours with melted clarified butter.

Your Maine lobster may show up groggy because of the cold, but you'll quickly realize it is very much alive. Have no fear, the claws are banded so it's safe to handle. We recommend cooking within 48 hours of arrival.
