Our wild Coho salmon are plucked from pristine waters, hand harvested, iced, filleted and deboned immediately to ensure freshness. The salmon is then brined in honey and salt, and then garlic and pepper are added. It’s lightly hot smoked with an alder wood blend. This gives it a balance of sweet and savory smokiness and the pepper and garlic give it a spicy depth. This is great on bagels and is the star of a cheese and charcuterie platter.

Frozen products can be stored in the freezer for up to six months. To thaw, simply remove from the freezer in the morning, and place in a bowl in the refrigerator. Your fresh seafood will be chilled and ready to go by evening.
