It's good to be the king! Alaskan king salmon comes from pristine rivers where the fish make long journeys home. This means a high fat content and lots of flavor and healthful omega-3 fatty acids. The fillets are brined in honey and salt, and then lightly hot smoked with an alder wood blend. The result is a moist and flaky texture and a balance of flavor and smokiness. Put these out for guests with cheese and crackers, toss in a pasta, or take with you hiking and camping and enjoy plain and simple, in the wild.

Wild salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D, and iron, and it's a high-quality source of protein. Salmon is one of the few food sources naturally rich in vitamin D, which is needed to absorb calcium, maintain proper levels of calcium in the blood, and promote normal bone growth. It is also exceptionally rich in heart-healthy omega-3 essential fatty acids, which guard against inflammation, reduce the risk of strokes, lower blood lipids, boost HDL ("good") cholesterol, decrease blood pressure, and help prevent heart disease. Our smoked salmon has no artificial preservatives.
