  • Having trouble deciding between Alaskan keta or pink salmon roe? Try both! This delicious ikura is harvested and processed on-board the F/V Njord. It is cured in small batches with a light salt brine to enhance flavor and preserve quality. Perfect for making your own sushi, garnishing deviled eggs, or enjoying with cheese and crackers.

    • 4 ounce jars of wild Alaskan salmon roe
    • 3, 6, or 12 jars from pink salmon

    • 3, 6, or 12 from keta salmon

  • Product arives frozen, perfect for stocking your freezer.

    Frozen products can be stored in the freezer for up to six months. To thaw, simply remove from the freezer in the morning, and place in a bowl in the refrigerator. Your fresh seafood will be chilled and ready to go by evening.
