Pink salmon are only two years old when they are harvested in the pristine waters of Alaska and Puget Sound. This makes them one of the cleanest fish you can eat. Loki immediately ices, hand fillets and debones them, and then flash freezes to preserve their freshness.
With the whole salmon, the possibilities are endless. Our favorite way to cook the whole salmon is to stuff it with our favorite herbs and vegetables, then bake. Pink salmon has a mild, almost trout-like flavor and pairs well with a Pale Ale or Wheat Beer.
Each wild Alaskan pink salmon weight 2.25-3lbs.

Wild salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D, and iron, and it's a high-quality source of protein. Salmon is one of the few food sources naturally rich in vitamin D, which is needed to absorb calcium, maintain proper levels of calcium in the blood, and promote normal bone growth. It is also exceptionally rich in heart-healthy omega-3 essential fatty acids, which guard against inflammation, reduce the risk of strokes, lower blood lipids, boost HDL ("good") cholesterol, decrease blood pressure, and help prevent heart disease.
