The salmon is brined in honey and salt and then it’s lightly hot smoked with an alder wood blend. The smoking process adds a savory-sweetness to these flakey filets. It’s delicious in risotto with kale or with fresh peas. We also love adding it to deviled eggs.

Frozen products can be stored in the freezer for up to six months. To thaw, simply remove from the freezer in the morning, and place in a bowl in the refrigerator. Your fresh seafood will be chilled and ready to go by evening.
