Your Middle Neck Clams will ship hours after being harvested with delivery available Tuesday or Friday of each week.

Use & Care
Shellfish can stay fresh for up to 4 days when treated with love. Upon arrival, remove your oysters from the box, gently place in a bowl, cover them with a wet a towel, and store in your fridge.

Middleneck Clams are an excellent source of vitamin B12 and are surprisingly high in iron. They are also a great source of zinc, copper, manganese, phosphorus, potassium and selenium and contain Omega-3 fatty acids that are vital to maintaining a healthy heart.
