Sustainably Sourced

Produced from sturgeon that are farmed in California in tanks located inland. These farms pose lower risks of pollution and disease transfer than open water net pens. There is also a low risk that farmed fish will escape into the wild where they could compete with native species. These qualities make caviar produced from California farmed sturgeon a good alternative to caviar from wild caught sturgeon.
