Product arives frozen, perfect for stocking your freezer.
Frozen products can be stored in the freezer for up to six months. To thaw, simply remove from the freezer in the morning, and place in the refrigerator. Once opened, your Ikura will stay fresh 2-3 days in the fridge.
Ikura is chock-full of essential amino acids and omega-3 fatty acids. Each 1oz serving contains an average of 1,800 mg of omega 3's and is packed with vitamins A, D & E. Each 4oz jar contains roughly as many omega 3's as a one pound portion of wild king salmon.
